Have you ever wondered why surfers often appear to have washboard abs and strong shoulders? Think about it for a second: They're hanging out on the beach, soaking up the sun, and when they're not out on the waves, they're sitting with a cold beer in hand. It's not the gym that does the work - it's dancing with the wind and waves! Windsurfing is such an effective form of exercise that even one session a week can make you feel the difference.
